Data Processing Position

The responsible positions for data processing are Commission Junction, Linkshare, Share-a-sale and Google AdSense/Performics, at their applicable addresses. Further details about the responsible position may be found in the imprint.

Usage

We only make use of your data in the processing of your order. Customer data is stored and processed according to the "Data Protection Act 1998". We may also provide your e-mail address to the nonprofit organization you have registered through.

Information

You have the right, at any time, to free information, authorization, deletion or suspension of your personal data. Please contact TGS at thegivingstream.com or send us your enquiry by post or fax. Deletion requests cannot always be honored because of trading and taxation storage limit rules of up to 10 years. According to the Data Protection Act 1998, the suspension of data is valid in such cases.

Disclosure of data to third parties

We do not provide your personal data (including home address or e-mail address) to third parties without your expressed and at any time revocable permission. Exceptions are only made for our service partners who require such data in order to complete an order process (e,g. a transport company responsible for shipping and a credit institute responsible for payment). In this case, transferred data is reduced to a minimum.

We employ technical and security measures to protect the data that you have entrusted with us, from random or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access from unauthorized persons.
